- “All good things come to an end.” – This is true even to bad things. In other words, there is an end to everything.
- “Always put your best foot forward.” – No matter the situation, you do your best even if the best is not enough.
- “An empty vessel makes much noise.” – People without knowledge or are unintelligent tend to talk too much.
