15-Year-Old Student In Davao City Build 24/7 Mini-Library

15-YEAR-OLD STUDENT – A 15-year-old student in Davao City build a 24/7 mini-library for kids.

Lots of people have set a great example to other people. Some of them even create organizations just to provide welfare to their fellowmen.

Some individuals do not need the help of the government or private organizations to offer help to other people. They simply use their initiative to show kindness to others.

But how adorable it is to see youngsters reach out to other children to help them in their own ways.

Based on a report from ABS-CBN, a 15-year-old student from Agdao, Davao City named Enzo Puentespina built a mini-library for the children in their town.

It has been two weeks since he started posting his library in the streets of Barangay Wilfredo Aquino, kids have crowded his “Lib of Positivity” library since then.

According to the report, Puentespina’s mini-library was made of vegetable trays used as a rack for the books.

“Nag-isip kami na gamitin ito para ma-help ang community so we (with my parents) ended up thinking of a project as library so that we can help the community. I didn’t expect this thing to grow fast,” he said.

Enzo Puentespina said his parents helped him build his mini-library. His library is stuffed with various books like English, Science, Christian Living, Physical Education, and Math.

He said he has used some of the books but he’s certain that those will surely help more kids. Peuntespina’s mini-library is open 24/7.

Based on the report, Puentespina expressed that he’s delighted seeing lots of kids reading his books.

“(I’m) really happy of waking up, going outside, and see all these kids reading my books. I see the smile on their faces (and) it really makes my day,” he said.

Undoubtedly, the kids around their street surely enjoyed learning in his mini-library along with other children.
