Family of Eddie Garcia plans to grant his dying wish
Veteran actor Eddie Garcia died on June 20 after the accident that happened to him while taping for Rosang Agimat and his family is planning to grant his dying wish.
The Philippine showbiz industry is currently mourning for losing a legendary actor. Eddie’s talent was not just confined in front of the camera because he was also a director, a brilliant one with all the recognitions for his craft.
In spite of his age, the veteran actor still showed passion for his work. At 90, his virtue and experience in showbiz are unquestionable.
Indeed, many are saddened by the heartbreaking news. However, grief is not just the only feeling that came out from the death of the veteran actor.
Several netizens expressed their anger to GMA 7 for the alleged negligence on the set. They are also criticizing the wrong information that the Kapuso network released to the punlic regarding what happened.
As the inevitable thing happened on the afternoon of Thursday, Eddie Garcia’s family, amid grief, is thinking to grant his dying wish.
According to the report from ABS-CBN, the veteran actor wanted his remains to be cremated as what Dr. Tony Rebosa said. However, the family is also planning to hold a wake in his honor for the fans.
The doctor added that Eddie’s family is still finalizing the plans, based on the report.
