[Tomorrow, there will be an initial distribution, (referring to the boats), 11 pieces. It’s also huge, it’s a 30-footer. It’s capacity: 15 people. Unsinkable, it’s made of fiberglass.]

On top of being made of fiberglass, the 22 boats are not only made with high quality material but are also equipped with marine engines and fishing gear.

Salilig also claimed that financial aid will also be granted to the survivors aside from the 22 boats. The financial aid will be provided by the Department of Agriculture lead by Secretary Manny Piñol.

This is according to an article from GMA News.

Salilig revealed this in his statement:

“Mayroong ibibigay si Secretary (referring to Piñol). Bukas malalaman magkano ‘yung financial na tulong ng Bureau of Fisheries.”

[Secreaty (Piñol) will give something. We’ll know the financial amount provided by the Bureau of Fisheries.]
