Shaina Magdayao said “it would be unfair” when asked about John Lloyd Cruz
Kapamilya actress Shaina Magdayao was asked about her ex-boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz and she said, “it would be unfair”.
In 2010, John Lloyd confirmed his relationship with Shaina. Two years after that, the latter confirmed their breakup but refused to divulge the reason.
There were rumors that their separation was due to Angelica Panganiban who also became the girlfriend of Lloydie.
In a report from ABS-CBN, the breakup confirmation from Shaina came days after rumors linking Lloydie and Angelica circulated.
Seven years after the breakup between Shaina Magdayao and John Lloyd Cruz, the actress was asked about the possibility to work with the actor.
Based on the report from Bandera, the actress cannot see the possibility to share the same project with her ex-boyfriend.
“Parang hindi po mangyayari. Parang hindi ko siya nakikitang nangyayari, mangyayari. Hindi e. ‘Yung mga gantong tanong, gusto kong sagutin ‘pag nangyayari na talaga siya,” Shaina said.
She added that it would be unfair for John Lloyd if she will mention his name.
“Nananahimik ‘yung tao, irespeto natin kung nasaan siya ngayon. So I think it would be very unfair kung babanggitin ko ‘yung pangalan niya. Ang dami ko ring ibang ginagawa na wala rin namang kinalaman siya, so siguro gusto ko na lang iwan doon. Gusto kong irespeto kung nasaan man siya sa buhay niya ngayon.” the actress said.
Shaina had this statement during the recent press conference for her latest project titled Past, Present, Perfect with Loisa Andalio, based on the report.
The newest iWant original series started streaming last May 31.
