President Duterte teased Vice President Robredo
President Rodrigo Duterte teased Vice President Leni Robredo about not smiling at him anymore.
It is known for many that VP Robredo is on the side of the opposition. Just recently, self-confessed Alyas Bikoy, Peter Joemel Advincula involved her name to the alleged plot to oust the Chief Executive.
It can be recalled that Advincula appeared before the media entities at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines a few days before the elections. He reiterated that the “real narcolist” videos are true and that the family of the president, together with Bong Go, are involved in a drug syndicate.
After the 2019 midterm election, Advincula surrendered to the Philippine National Police (PNP) and reverse his previous statement. He mentioned a few names from the opposition who allegedly paid him to the videos.
Based on the report from The Philippine Star, Advincula said that the Liberal Party (LP) plotted this to put the Vice President in power.
Few days after the surrender of Advincula, Duterte and Robredo met during the graduation of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Mabalasik Class 2019 at Fort del Pilar in Baguio City.
Starting his 13-minute speech, the President teased the Vice President about not smiling at him anymore.
“Vice President Maria Leonor ‘Leni’ Robredo, ma’am, bakit noon ma’am naga-smile ka sa akin, ngayon hindi na? Ikaw ha,” the Chief Executive said.
This sparked laughter from the audience. After his speech the President shook the hand of a smiling Vice President.
Based on the report, President Duterte made another rape joke.
“Well, anyway I’ll pass you this time because I need good and capable soldiers and I know that one or two is bound to happen. But I will pardon you,” he said.
Then, he added, “Number one is for rape. P***** i** (son of a b****). Number two is drugs with rape with robbery. This is for Muntinlupa. Third, multiple rape of the women of Baguio, the beautiful ones. Who committed this.”
