Here Are The Top 10 Graduating Cadets From Philippine Military Academy
TOP 10 CADETS – Recently the class of 2019 PMA- MABALASIK graduated from the military academy and here are the top 10 ranked cadets.
In a previous report, a female cadet was featured after topping the batch 2019 of graduates from The Philippine Military Academy.
Dionne Mae Apolog Umalla, Cadet 1st Class from Allilem Daya in Ilocos Sur lead the 263-strong PMA MABALASIK (Mandirigma ng Bayan, Iaalay ang Sarili, Lakas at Tapang Para sa Kapayapaan) in the class of 2019.
The top 10 cadets were indentified (according to Manila Bulletin Facebook post):
1. Dionne Umalla
2. Jonathan Mendoza
3. Jahziel Tandoc
4. Daniel Lucas
5. Aldren Altamero
6. Richard Lonogan
7. Marnel Fundales
8. Glyn Marapao
9. Ruth Pasos
10. Daryl Ligutan
In a Facebook post by Manila Bulletin, the Top 10 cadets posed for posterity.
After an hour that the photo was posted, the post aleady got over 450 likes and reactions and has been shared more than 20 times.
Netizens also congratulated the graduates through the comments.
For aspiring PMA cadets, posted in their website are the qualifications and the perks that come with being a cadet.
The qualifications for aspiring applicants include:
- Natural Born Filipino Citizen.
- Minimum height of 5 feet for both men and women.
- Physically fit and of good moral character.
- Single and has never been married.
- Atleast high school graduate with 85% GPA.
- Grade 12 senior high (K-12) may take the exam provided that they graduate before 01 June 2019.

- State of the art training facilities
- Progressive and rewarding career as an officer of one of the branches of the Armed Forces of the Philippines
