Seph Ubalde has this last video, hours before he was found dead
Former TV5 anchor Seph Ubalde uploaded a video admitting the depression he felt, hours before he was found dead.
Last April 1, the 34-year-old Manila Times columnist was found dead in the bathroom of his hotel room.
This shocked many netizens as well as people around him. Some thought that he had a premonition before he died when he posted a photo on Instagram with the caption “Freedom”.

Based on a previous report, authorities found his lifeless body in the bathtub submerge in the water.
The in-house doctor declared Seph Ubalde dead on the spot. Initially, the cause of death was unknown. At the time of writing, authorities have not yet revealed details about this.
Amid the questions of why and how regarding the death of Seph, his video talking about his depression surfaced on social media.
Based on the article from PEP, he uploaded the said video hours before he was found dead but he scheduled it on April 5.

The video lasted for more than 30 minutes where he elaborated his depression.
According to Seph Ubalde, he had been clinically diagnosed with depression and he was seeking medical attention for this.
He admitted that people would not notice that he was depressed because he looked fine. However, deep inside, Seph said that he was suffering.
The former anchor also talked about the misconception that people have regarding this mental health problem.
He also questioned why Filipinos have a different approach to depression. For Seph Ubalde, many people tag depressed people with derogatory terms.
