Jessy Mendiola admitted this about her career in ABS-CBN
Actress Jessy Mendiola said,“Siyempre, naiinip ako”, regarding her “inactive” career under the management of ABS-CBN.
Just recently, the actress posted a meaningful caption on her Instagram photo of an open door.
“Old endings and new beginnings. *insert caption about doors opening for opportunities and finding your path* #chos,” she wrote.
Many netizens anticipated that she will soon transfer to the rival network, GMA.
The girlfriend of Kapamilya host Luis Manzano has long been “inactive” when it comes to TV shows and appearances.
In line with her cryptic post, she was asked to explain during the recent press conference for her movie Stranded with Arjo Atayde.
Jessy Mendiola clarified that her camp has not reached out to GMA Network. Apparently, the rumors about her alleged network transfer are not true.
However, the actress stated that if there is opportunity there, she will grab it.
”Para sa akin po, kung mas may trabaho naman po doon, bakit naman hindi, di ba? Pero for now kasi, I’m still in touch with ABS-CBN management,” she said, based on the report from PEP.
The actress also admitted that she feels “inip” because she has no show right now.
“Siyempre, naiinip po ako. Sino ba naman pong hindi? Pero kung naiinip ka man, e, di gumawa ka ng something productive o puwede mong kabisihan, like, ‘yan ang business o kung ano pang medium na puwede mong ipakita ang sarili mo,” Jessy Mendiola said.
Because of her free time, she was able to launch her online store which she called Señorita, based on the report.
Jessy also stated that her own business is the new door that opened for her. This is one of the things that is keeping her busy right now, aside from promoting her upcoming movie.
