Angel Locsin Reveals She Got Paid Even When She Had No Tv Series
ANGEL LOCSIN – Filipina actress Angel Locsin revealed how she got paid despite not having any shows in ABS-CBN.
Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin is one of the prominent actresses in the Philippine television. Aside from being an actress, she is also a fashion designer, film producer, and model.
Angel rose to fame after her portrayal as Alwina on the GMA tv series Mulawin. She also played the Pinoy superheroine Darna.
After Angel Locsin’s transfer from GMA to ABS-CBN in 2007, the actress’ star is still as bright because of her outstanding talent in acting.
The actress was featured on a lot of drama films at the Kapamilya network such as The Third Party, Everything About Her, and Four Sisters and a Wedding.
Angel Locsin starred those movies with famous celebrities like Toni Gonzaga, Vilma Santos, Bea Alonzo, and Angelica Panganiban among others.
Meanwhile, the actress just started her new drama-action tv series “The General’s Daughter.” Following a previous article, the program dominated the twitter trend on its pilot episode.
Before Angel Locsin started the taping of her teleserye comeback, she has no program or show for the past five years.
During the press conference of their tv series at the Dolphy Theater, she made some revelations to the people.
Based on the report from PEP, Angel Locsin revealed that through those years that she was not offered to have a teleserye, she was just doing well. In fact, the ABS-CBN is still giving her salary.
“Honestly, sumusuweldo naman po ako kahit wala akong ginagawa…So okay lang sa akin”
“Kumbaga, mas favor po sa akin,” Angel added.
According to the report, Angel Locsin stated that now that she was given a teleserye, she have to work hard to pay back the 5 years of receiving salary.
“So ngayon, kailangan ko nang mag-work kasi five years na akong sumusuweldo,” she said.
Based on the report, Angel Locsin said she was instructed by the head of the tv network to focus on the given project.
“Hindi ako dapat tumanggap ng ibang project, concentrate lang dun,” said the actress.
Surely the fans of the beautiful actress now are glad that she’s back on the small screen.
