Court of Appeals Order Rosanna Roces To Pay P3 Million For Breach of Contract
ROSANNA ROCES – Filipina actress Rosanna Roces must pay the amount of P3 million pesos for her breach of contract said Court of Appeals.
Veteran actress Jennifer Adriano-Molina or better known as Rosanna Roces is one of the famous daring actress’ in the ’90s.
The latest movies of the actress include My Cactus Heart, Mater Dolorosa and On The Job. She has also won two Best Actress and 1 Best Supporting Actress Award in different films.
Aside from her movies, Rosanna Roces became one of the hosts of GMA talk show “Startalk.” She co-hosted the program with Joey de Leon and Butch Francisco.
The actress’ latest appearance on the television is on ABS-CBN’s tv series Los Bastardos.
Meanwhile, she is currently facing a problem with the former beauty company she previously worked with.
Based on a report from GMA, the Court of Appeals (CA) demanded the actress to pay the amount of P3 million for alleged breach of contract.
Rosanna Roces requested a motion for reconsideration on the Former Eleventh Division but was denied. She was requested to pay the alleged damages she caused to Body Center, INC. and Forever Flawless.
According to the report, the Court of Appeals released a two-page report stating that Rosanna Roces’ appeal was not enough.
“Thus, we find no cogent or compelling reason to alter, modify or reverse the said decision,” said CA.
Last June 2018 in Quezon City, the Court of Appels ordered the actress to pay P3 million pesos to Forever Flawless and P100,000 on legal fees.
Based on the report, Forever Flawless complained that Rosanna allegedly violated her contract on that company and claimed that their clients allegedly suffered burned faces.
The other beauty company, Belo, Roces allegedly said some negative statements about the company. The actress one of the dermatologist performed unsatisfactory liposuction on her.
