From Bacolod City to Cebu
If you are coming from Bacolod City, you have two at least two options to reach Cebu: take a bus travel and roro trip or through plane travel.
The first option will require you to board a bus bound for San Carlos City at the Ceres Bus North Terminal. Notify the bus driver or the conductor that you are off to the port where vessels bound for Toledo Port in Cebu can be found.
