From Bacolod City to Sipalay City
Ride a jeepney or a taxi going to Ceres Bus South Terminal which can be located along Luzuriaga Street. Look and board a bus bound for Sipalay or Hinoba-an.
From Dumaguete City to Sipalay City
Get to the Ceres Bus Terminal through a tricycle ride from any spot in the city proper. You can either ride a bus bound for Sipalay or the one bound for Hinoba-an in case you missed the direct trip.
From Sipalay City Proper to Artistic Diving Resort in Punta Ballo
There are lots of tricycle or single motorcycles that can take you to Artistic Diving Resort in Punta Ballo. You can transact with a driver at a good price.
