Marco Poli To Represent the Philippines For Mr. Supranational 2018 in Poland
MARCO POLI – Philippines bet for Mr. Supranational 2018 pageant that will be held in Poland is the Filipino-Italian model Marco Poli.
Mr. Supranational is a male pageant showcasing the handsome faces of men from different countries all over the world. The show is just similar to the female beauty pageants, they expose their beauty, talents, and intellect to win the prestigious title.
Joining the said pageant is the football player and chef Marco Poli who was born and raised in Udine, Italy. After he finished college, he went to the Philippines.
Based on a report from Manila Bulletin, Marco Poli is set to represent the country on the upcoming Mr. Supranational 2018 in Poland this December 8.
Philippines’ Mr. Supranational prepared himself by having a strict diet and an intensive training regimen.
Poli went to the extent that he studied the current events and culture in Poland to be able to reply to the question-and-answer portion of the pageant.
Marco Poli stated that he is confident that he’ll be the first Mr. Supranational in the Philippines. He said he just wants to enjoy the pageant and overcome his challenges and fears.
Poli expressed he’s still overwhelmed that he got the opportunity to represent the country and he is excited for his pageant in abroad.
“I still can’t believe I will represent the Philippines in Mr. Supranational pageant. I’m really so excited to represent the Philippines,” he said.
He considered this event as one of the most important journeys in his life. “It’s also a good way to promote Filipino culture to the rest of the world,” Poli added.
The Miss/Mr. World Philippines National Director, Arnold Vegafria, expressed that he is confident that Marco can eventually win the crown.
“Just like our winning beauty queens, I am confident Marco and our other male pageant titlists are very passionate about being our country’s best ambassadors of goodwill,” Vegafria said based on the report.
There are surely lots of hopeful Filipinos that wishes for Marco Poli to bring home the crown of the Mr. Supranational 2018 pageant.
