EL NIDO – The government will set operation for the massive rehabilitation of the island resort town of El Nido, Palawan.
A recent article in Inquirer states that an interagency body is set to undertake a massive cleanup on the island resort town of El Nido in Palawan. This was confirmed by a government official on Wednesday (November 14).
As per the report, Environment Undersecretary Benny Antiporda recently said that high government officials agreed to launch the rehabilitation of El Nido, amid the worsening problems of garbage and unregulated construction of structures there.
