Stan Lee Reportedly Announced Dead, Celebrities Offer Thanks And Condolences In Honor Of Marvel Co-creator.
STAN LEE – Stanley Martin Lieber, also known as Stan Lee, died at age 95 on Monday (November 12). Celebrities gave their thanks on the Marvel co-creator.
Stan Lee is a comic-book writer, publisher, actor, editor, and producer. He was the former editor-in chief, then the chairman of Marvel Studios. Along with Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, and Larry Lieber, he created famous superheroes like Spiderman, Doctor Strange, the Hulk, Ant-Man, and more. He made cameos in films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
On Monday (November 12), Lee died at age 95, as confirmed by Kirk Schenck, an attorney for Lee’s daughter, J.C. Lee.
Lee was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Monday after suffering a medical emergency, and was declared dead shortly afterwards.
Upon hearing his death, celebrities offered gratitude and condolences towards Lee. Here are some words from them:
