During the blogcon of Bea’s new movie with Aga Muhlach, First Love, she recalled that sad moment of her relationship with Gerald.

When asked how can she relate her new movie with her relationship, she said the story of what she and Gerald went through back in 2010.

She said that during that time, they were mindless of negative things in a relationship. All they knew was they are in love.

“Na-in love lang kami. Hindi namin pinigilan ang sarili namin,” the actress said.

It was in April 2010 when they started to feel special towards each other. However, Bea Alonzo said that Gerald Anderson should court her three months after that which the latter also did.

“We were together nung 2010. But of course, maraming [hadlang]. Hindi siya napapanahon nung time na yun. Hindi right timing for us. We were very young and marami pa kaming gustong gawin sa buhay, so it had to be stopped,” she shared.

That time, Gerald’s mom was vocal on not liking Bea for her son. This was aside from the fact that the actor’s love team partnership with Kim Chiu was still popular.

In 2016, they rekindled their love for each other. On the other hand, Bea did not reveal the exact date of when they got back together.
