KRISTEL DE CATALINA- Pilipinas Got Talent Season 6 Grand Winner Kristel De Catalina talks about being a single mother and her difficulties with past relationship.
As mentioned in a previous report, on April 29, spiral pole dancer Kristel de Catalina seized the crown as she topped 9 other grand finalists in the sixth season of Pilipinas Got Talent.
The highly admired single mother from Antipolo showcased a jaw-dropping pole and aerial dance routines which made her bag an impressive percentage score of 99.67%.
Based on a report from Kami.com.ph, the newly hailed champion was recently invited for a guest appearance in the late-night talk show ‘Tonight with Boy Abunda’ where she answered questions about her personal life following her latest winning moment.
As stated in the report, De Catalina revealed in the interview the reason behind her being a devoted single mother to 7-year old son Troy.
De Catalina explained that her ex-boyfriend bailed on her after learning she was pregnant with their child, denying that he was the biological father. She then later discovered that there was actually a third party allied to their relationship.
“Ever since nalaman niya about Troy, naglaho po siya… Parang hindi raw kaniya yun! At that time, hindi ko alam meron ding iba,” she said.
De Catalina further shared that she is not presently getting any financial support from her ex-flame and that she shoulders all responsibilities as a single mother.
Having proclaimed this Season’s Pilipinas Got Talent Grand Winner, De Catalina received P2 million cash prize, which according to her, she will invest for her son’s education.
