April 2018 NAPOLCOM Online Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) for Police Officer (PO)

The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) has released the schedule of the Online Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) for the April 2018 Police Officer (PO) Exam.

The online application for PNP entrance will be available from 12:00 noon on February 5, 2018 – February 9, 2018

The PNP Entrance and Promotional Exams will be administered by NAPOLCOM on Sunday, April 2, 2018, in designated testing centers nationwide.

Here’s the complete schedule for April 2018 NAPOLCOM OLEASS:

The April 2018 NAPOLCOM examination comes on a First-Come-First-Serve basis.

WHO MAY APPLY?

For civilians:
-Minimum height of 1.62 meters for male
-Minimum height of 1.57 meters for female.
-Must not be less than 21 years old and not more than 30 years old
-With Bachelor’s degree

For members of indigenous communities:
-Minimum height of 1.52 meters for male
-Minimum height of 1.45 meters for female
-Must submit a Certificate of Tribal membership issued by the NCIP, OMA, NCMF or a height waiver issued by NAPOLCOM.

Note: “Starting with the April 22, 2018 police examinations, there shall be no height requirement for the Philippine National Police (PNP) entrance exam applicants as long as they are bachelor’s degree holder and not more than 30 years old,” NAPOLCOM Vice Chairman Rogelio Casurao said.

Here’s the step-by-step process for filing an application:

1. Visit the official website of NAPOLCOM (www.napolcom.gov.ph), click the Online Examination Application and Scheduling System (www.napolcom-oleass.com).

2. Fill out the fields which indicate your (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Home Address, Cellphone Number and Email Address) including the mandatory fields [Gender, Height, Age, Birth date and Course completed].

4. The applicant shall submit, confirm and print the generated confirmation letter with the reference number.

5. The aforementioned requirements must be submitted along with other requirements at designated Regional Office on the scheduled appointment date.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FILING OF APPLICATION

• Printed copy of the online generated confirmation letter with reference number
• Duly accomplished form (NAPOLCOM Form 1-A)
• Index card (courtesy of NAPOLCOM)
• 2 recent 1×1 ID photo with white background and name tag
• One legal size window envelope with mailing stamp.
• Diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR) with Special Order (SO) issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
• PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
• For PO1 with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of the attested appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.
• Police Examination Fee of 400 Pesos

Note: Notice of Admission (NOA) will be issued to the applicant upon completion of filing for examination.
