According to an advisory issued by the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Northeast Monsoon is affecting Northern and Central Luzon while tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Central Luzon and of CALABARZON will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and the province of Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the tail-end of a cold front.
Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and the province of Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon.
Mindanao, rest of Visayas and MIMAROPA will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.
On the other hand, Strong to Gale Force wind speed and Rought to Very Rough coastal waters is expected in Northern Luzon and Eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon
While, Moderate to Strong wind speed and Moderate to Rough coastal waters will be experienced in Visayas and Rest of Luzon.
Mindanao will have Light to Moderate wind speed and Slight to Moderate coastal waters.
