The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has officially opened the search for the 2018 outstanding government workers.
This year’s search will name anew personalities and groups who excel in three award categories.
Presidential Lingkod Bayan (PLB) Award
“Conferred to an individual or group of individuals for exceptional or extraordinary contributions resulting from an idea or performance that had nationwide impact on public interest, security and patrimony.”
Civil Service Commission Pagasa Award
“Conferred to an individual or group of individuals for outstanding contributions resulting from an idea or performance that directly benefit more than one department of the government.”
Outstanding Public Officials and Employees or Dangal ng Bayan Award
“Conferred to an individual for performance of an extraordinary act or public service and consistent demonstration of exemplary ethical behavior as provided under Republic Act No. 6713 or the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.”
