Miss Universe 2017 Official Date and Venue Announced

The final date and venue of Miss Universe 2017 have been announced.

The official announcement made by Miss Universe organization through its official website and social media accounts.

The 66th edition of the much awaited and highly-anticipated pageant is slated to happen at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Las Vegas on November 26, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET/PT.

The coronation night will be simultaneously aired on FOX Channel.

The 2017 Miss Universe will be hosted anew by Steve Harvey, which marks his third time hosting the international pageant.

It can be recalled that the previous Miss Universe pageant was held in the Philippines, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

During last year’s event, Iris Mittenaere from France snatched the phenomenal title from the country’s pride, Pia Wurtzbach.

Meanwhile, Department of Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo revealed in an interview last May that the Philippines had been offered to host the prominent pageant this coming November.

But a few months later, he confirmed that the Miss Universe 2017 will not be happening in the Philippines.

Filipino-British beauty queen Rachel Peters will be representing the Philippines in this year’s pageant.
