Kapamilya actor Diego Loyzaga has reacted on the rumored breakup between him and girlfriend Sofia Andres.
Despite the rumored split, Diego confirmed that Sofia will be his date in the upcoming Star Magic Ball 2017 which is slated to happen on Saturday, September 30 at Shangri-La Makati.
“Of course, si Sofia, sino pa ba?” he said when asked who will be his date in the said ball.
Diego Loyzaga refuted rumors that he and his beau called it off.
“Mga rumors lang naman yun, actually hanggang ngayon natatawa pa rin kami sa mga naririnig namin,” he said.
“Kami-kami pa rin ang magkakasama araw-araw, kaya paano pa malalaman ng ibang tao yung mayroon sa aming dalawa, e, kami lang naman ang magkakasama?” he added.
Diego Loyzaga also denied that he was spotted along with another woman, watching a movie inside a cinema at a mall.
According to the son of Cesar Montano and Teresa Loyzaga, “Hindi ako lumalabas, kasi M-W-F, nasa taping ako.”
“Same with Sofia, we’re taping and shooting the same movie, so para mangyari yun… so impossible,” he said in an interview with PEP.ph.
Diego Loyzaga and Sofia Andres star on ABS-CBN afternoon drama series Pusong Ligaw and they recently appeared on big screen via movie, Bloody Crayons.
Meanwhile, Sofia Andres recently made a buzz online after she lambast a basher who expressed disappointment for being Diego’s partner.
Diego later told Sofia to ignore the bashers.
