Actress Agot Isidro has reacted to a fake news about her being kicked out of a hotel in the island paradise of Boracay.
The 51-year-old actress cried foul over fake news about her which surfaced online on Monday, August 14.
On Wednesday, August 16, Agot Isidro went to the microblogging site, Twitter wherein she shared a screenshot of the fake news about her.
Agot Isidro described the said article, “fake” and “stupid”.
She also denied that she was in Boracay as stated on the date published in the said article.
“Fake! Fake! Fake! Was in Cinemalaya the whole day. To divulge my whereabouts that day is unnecessary but this is just way too stooooopid,” she said.
According to PEP.ph, the article was politically stained. The latter allegedly had a confrontation with the supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte while she was strolling the sands of Boracay.
It’s stated on the fake news that she was kicked out earlier from the hotel where she checked in due to a commotion after supporters of Duterte rushed and complained against the singer-actress.
