Daniel Padilla also apologized to JC de Vera over their fight in a basketball game on Sunday, August 13.
Just recently, among the most popular stars in the country compete in Star Magic All Star Game, a basketball match held in Araneta Coliseum.
In the said match, two celebrity teams compete; the Red Team headed by Daniel Padilla and the Blue team led by Gerald Anderson.
During the 3rd Quarter of the game, Daniel Padilla (from Red Team) and JC ( from Blue Team) were chasing after the ball when JC accidentally pushed Daniel on the floor.
The two who were carried away by their emotions almost had a fight.
The scuffle brought tension inside and outside the court.
Daniel’s mom Karla Estrada who’s watching the game was even spotted shouting and pointing at JC which prodded Gerald to pacify her.
Meanwhile, based on an article published by PEP.ph via a report of ABS-CBN News Online, Daniel Padilla had apologized to JC de Vera.
“Ako din nag-sorry ako, kasi uminit din ako,” the 22-year-old actor said.
Siyempre gusto niyo lahat manalo, so hindi mawawala yung competitiveness ng lahat. Pero okay lang kami, no problem,” he added.
On the other hand, JC de Vera apologized to Daniel Padilla over the incident.
He went to the microblogging site Twitter wherein he expressed his apology to the La Luna Sangre star.
According to The Better Half actor, “Congratulations to everyone. Nadala kame lahat sa emotions.humingi na rin ako ng pasensya.Sorry Bro @iamdanielpadilla. Good game sa lahat!”
