Actress Phoebe Walker has reacted on the rumored relationship between her ex-boyfriend Matt Edwards and TV host-comedian Allan K.
Phoebe and Matt are the winners of the Season 2 of The Amazing Race Philippines on TV5 which premiered in 2014.
According to PEP.ph, it’s been three years since Phoebe and Matt separated and her Filipino-British ex-boyfriend has already returned to the United Kingdom.
But during the press conference of her upcoming ovie entitled Double Barrel which stars with Aga Muhlach, the issue between Allan K and Matt has been raised anew.
According to Phoebe Walker, “Ang alam ko, family friends talaga sila.
“Nung una punta yata nila rito [sa Philippines], nag-guesting sila sa Eat Bulaga! bago pa kami nag-meet. Nung kami pa, ang sinasabi niya [Matt], walang pag-asa na pumatol daw siya.
“Pero may nabasa ako na article. Ifinorward ko sa kanya, sabi ko, ‘Is this you?’
“Blind item, e. Kasi pasok na pasok, e… reality show winner ang clue.
“Ang sagot niya, ‘No, you know me. I will never do that.’
The Seklusyon actress added, “Hindi ko talaga alam kung siya talaga, pero idinenay niya sa akin. Sa pagkakilala ko sa kanya, hindi siguro.”
Phoebe Walker and Matt’s relationship last for more than three years.
However, they broke up after their stint on Amazing Race Philippines. The conflict between them has been hinted as the reason why they split.
