A handsome vendor dubbed as “DilisMan” has caught the attention of the netizens, making rounds on the internet and spreading “kilig” online.
In a series of photos shared by Facebook page Filipino Vines, the handsome guy can be seen selling local fish ‘dilis’ known as anchovy.
