Obtaining a property from his showbiz income is quite an attainment for Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson.
It is already a milestone for the 28-year-old actor, who has been in show business for more than a decade, of possessing such grandiose property.
His house located in Quezon City measures about 312 square meters. It is built with a masculine and modern design.
According to Real Living Philippines, Gerald Anderson’s house was built by architect Noel Lardizabal Tugas while its interior was designed by Anla Li.

Meanwhile, Gerald Anderson is currently gearing up taping his top-rating series, “Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin” which stars with Kim Chiu, Jake Cuenca and Coleen Garcia.
It was in 2006 when he first entered the limelight after he became part of Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition wherein he was named as 3rd Big Placer.
After his PBB stint, he ventured into acting and was paired with Kim Chiu, who became his girlfriend.
Gerald Anderson starred in numerous big TV series including; Sana Maulit Muli, Tayong Dalawa, Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo, Budoy, and Nathaniel.
