Aiko Melendez had a minor accident in one of the scenes of “Wildflower” after Maja Salvador accidentally poked her in the eye with her nail.
According to her, the accident happened during the cake scene wherein her character Gov. Emilia Ardiente-Torillo (Aiko) had a confrontation with Ivy Aguas (Maja).

The 41-year-old actress noted that she was rushed to the hospital after the accident. She noted in an Instagram post that “my right eye got compromised which led to blood clot.”

Aiko Melendez also mentioned Maja Salvador in the caption telling her not to worry because it was all an accident.
