Remember the stars of “Magic Temple?”
Marc Solis, Junell Hernando and Jason Salcedo, were among the lead casts of the award-winning movie, “Magic Temple.”
After gaining stardom via their hit flick, they lied low in the limelight and just recently, they reunited, after 21 years.
On Sunday, May 28, 2017, Junell went to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein he shared a photo of him along with his fellow “Magic Temple” stars.
Hernando made a before-and-after collage to compare their present look with their appearances during their Magic Temple days. The movie hit the big screen in the year 1996.
“After all these years, nakapag sama sama din uli tayo. Its good to see you my brothers. #magictemple #batang90s #junellhernando #butokalansay,” he said as the accompanying caption on the photo he shared.

It was last December 2016 when ABS-CBN affiliated movie producing arm, Star Cinema, released a digitally restored and remastered version of the movie. Marc, Junell, and Sydney also attended its premiere night at the Powerplant Cinema.
Magic Temple also stars with former actress, now full-time mom Anna Larrucea, alongside actor Sydney Sacdalan.
Meanwhile, Marc is still active in the showbiz industry. He regularly appears on TV as one of the casts of top-rating ABS-CBN’s primetime series FPJ’s “Ang Probinsyano.”
On the other hand, according to PEP.ph, Junell and Jason, are presently in the United States. The two are residing there along with their respective families.
Magic Temple was previously rumored to have a remake starring the country’s most popular love team, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, known as “KathNiel.” However, it did not push through.
Magic Temple was under the direction of Lore Reyes and Peque Gallaga.
It had a sequel in the year 1997 entitled Magic Kingdom. In the sequel, Marc was replaced by actor Janus del Prado. The movie also marked the first movie appearance of actress-host Anne Curtis.
