Actress Kim Chiu has reacted on the purported issue that her on-screen partner Xian Lim is jealous for her reunion with the former co-love team and ex-boyfriend Gerald Anderson.
According to an article published by ABS-CBN affiliated site, Push, Kim Chiu told Cinema News that top-rated tandem, KimXi is “very much alive”.
This contradicts rumors and speculations that Xian Lim is envious over Kim Chiu’s reunion with her former boyfriend.
Just recently, KimXi went to the United States along with other Kapamilya celebrities for series of Star Magic tours.
“Magkasama pa rin naman kami off cam, okay pa rin naman kami. Nagba-bonding kami,” the 26-year-old actress whose dubbed as the Queen of Philippine Movies and TV said.
“Selos? Hindi naman, naiintindihan niya yun,” she continued.
Meanwhile, regarding her apparent reunion with former boyfriend Gerald Anderson, she admitted that she was “quite shocked ” for the support they are receiving from their avid fans and supporters.
“Nakakapanibago, kasi nung time namin ni Gerald, wala pang Twitter, walang Facebook, walang Instagram,” she noted.
“So, parang nakakapanibago na makabasa ng mga ganung mga Kimerald comments. Iba, iba pa rin talaga ang suporta nila,” Kim Chiu concluded.
Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson who came to prominence for their phenomenal love team, Kimerald, will be reunited again in a television series entitled “Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin” which is set to air this year starring Jake Cuenca and Coleen Garcia.
