Disturbing video footage of Fake LTO enforcer has gone viral on social media.
Facebook user Feliz Marie took to social media and share their terrifying encounter with bogus LTO officer who apprehends motorists for money.
Feliz posted a video and some photos revealing the identity and the actions of the fake enforcer.
In a lengthy Facebook post of Feliz, she explained everything.
She also narrated their terrifying experience during the incident. According to Feliz, the incident happened last Saturday January 21, 2017, 6:40 am, in Makati Magallanes.
Feliz wrote that they were along Makati – Magallanes when the Fake LTO enforcer stops them. They were in great shocked when they open their window and saw him shouting at them.
“Galit na galit, kanina pa daw nya kami pinapahinto pero “tinatakbuhan” namin sya. Yes, nakita namin sya before BUT we did not realize na pinapara nya kami. We were not paying attention to him since he does not look like an officer at hindi kita ang uniporme.”
The video shows the fake LTO was shouting and showing hostility towards the scared female driver who was asking about her traffic violation.

Then Feliz said that the LTO asked for her driving license. She also said that while he was checking her license they asked for his MISSION ORDER and ID first. But the fake LTO enforcer failed to show it.
“He started ranting even more, he even said: “Tawagan nyo pa presidente!” and “Taga LTO ako, alam ko mga ganito” etc,” Feliz wrote.
“Medyo kinabahan nadin ako kaya I decided to record a short video of him just to be sure. Mas nagalit sya lalo. Kami na daw ang may kasalanan, kami pa ang gumagawa ng kung ano-ano,” she added.
The Facebook post of Feliz went viral on the social media. Many netizens were outraged by the actions of the LTO enforcer. Other netizens answered that the enforcer might be trying to extort money from the driver.
Netizens were quick to give their reactions on the video and lambasted the alleged fake enforcer. The video and the photos of that were posted by Feliz earned mixed reactions from the online community.
