President Duterte has not decided to stop mocking the Commission on Human Rights as it inversely compared them with Kylie Versoza.
President Rodrigo Duterte extended his congratulations to the crowned Miss International 2016 and Filipina, Kylie Versoza.
Upon his arrival at the Davao International Airport from his working visit in Japan, Duterte congratulated the crowned Miss International this year.
The president said that the victory of every Filipina in the beauty contests outside of the Philippines is an honor to the country and gives every Filipino citizen the right to be proud.
But he just could not stop himself from sending some mocking to the people in the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) who question his intensified campaign against illegal drugs, which is alleged the root of the extrajudicial killings in the country.
President Duterte, however, did not slam the CHR people more and went on to expressing his willingness to meet Kylie to personally congratulate her.
