The Moffatts are going back to Manila after more than a decade and a half to rock the stage once more for their Filipino fans.
The Canadian pop-rock band The Moffatts last performed their Filipino fans 16 years ago but this might be their last, just as their concert is entitled, “Farewell Tour”.
The Moffatt brothers Scott, Clint and Bob are going to perform their ‘90s hits once more, for the last time, on February 18, 2017.
The Moffatts are going to debut their material for their new projects – Endless Summer, and Scott Moffatt.
The so-called “Batang ‘90s” or those who were on their late childhood and teenage times during 1990 to 1999 surely know The Moffatts.
They are widely-known for their two classic hits, “Miss You Like Crazy” and “If Life Is So Short”, both rival the “Hotel California” of the Eagles for being the biggest international songs of all time in the Philippines.
The boys have also had 14 hits songs in the country which include “I’ll Be There For You”, “Crazy”, “Misery”, “Girl of My Dreams”, and “Bang Bang Boom”, among others.
Up to this day, they remain the biggest selling international pop-rock band in the country.
The Moffatts gathered the largest audience ever at the Hard Rock Café in Manila in 2000. It was reported that a glass panel at the entrance collapsed because there were too many people who were trying to get in. They also once had close to 40,000 fans in attendance at their SM Mega Mall show in 1998.
To those who can afford the VIP tickets, it includes a signed photo card by all members of the band, and VIP floor seating.
While the VVIP tickets will let one have pre-show sound check party access, a personalized and signed photo card of the Moffatts and a photo with Scott, Clint and Bob.
