The said flavor was also been created by Rowena Velasco of the CLSU Freshwater Agriculture.

During the event, CLSU Tilapia Ice Cream was one of the 350 exhibitors from 25 countries wherein products have been presented to about 5,000 buyers.

According to the Asian Dragon Magazine, the said ice cream flavor has been already been developed since 2011 wherein tilapia fillets are being made as ice cream without the fishy after taste and smell.

The ice cream is made of tilapia fillet, all-purpose cream, condensed and fresh milk, diced cheese, and chopped walnut.

Now, the Daerry’s Tilapia Ice Cream has lines such as the Original Flavored Tilapia Ice Cream, Tilapia Ice Cream pops, Tilapia Sansrival, and Tilapia Ice Cream Sandwich.
