According to a report, the National President of the Coalition of operators and Drivers of UV Express denied the allegations of the heavy traffic in EDSA. The LTFRB issued a memorandum Circular No. 2016-009 that ordered to banned the UV Express vans from using EDSA to minimize the traffic.
