After 3 years of break, the Sangguniang Kabataan is back with 3 million applicants. There are at least three million voters have registered for the Sangguniang Kabataan.
According to a report, the Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista confirmed that there was an increase of voters that have registered. According to Andres over an interview, he the number of voters increased to almost three million voters this year.
