UN Declares that the West Philippine Sea is rightfully belongs to the Philippines.

UN Declares that West Philippine Sea was in favor to the Philippines. It has finally announced to people the decision that all awaits, the Philippines wins the case against China.

Tension between two parties are becomes high waiting for the result of the dispute of the West Philippine Sea. Before the result was finally decided, the Filipino fishermen waited, wished and prayed for the Philippines to win for the conflict.

Several months of hearings, submission of documents, issues and different argumentation’s, at last the United Nations (UN) Arbitral Tribunal has finally decided that the West Philippines Sea (South China Sea) rightfully belongs to the Philippines and not to China.

The United Nations (UN) Arbitral Tribunal issued the result Tuesday, July 12, 2016. According to a report, the proceedings were not participated by the China as they wants the Arbitration case that is concerning about the issue on the South China Sea come to an end because it is useless.

It was concluded by the said interview to the United Nations (UN) Arbitral Tribunal that the China has no legal basis to claim the historic rights to resources for their “nine-dash line” that the West Philippine Sea falls. The UN declares that the areas were the West Philippine Sea can be found are within the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.

After years of hearing and diplomatic negotiations the Philippines wins arbitration case against China over South China Sea. Philippines can now claim the West Philippine Sea over the China.

The United Nations (UN) Arbitral Tribunal Decision was final and legal that the West Philippine Sea is rightfully belongs to the Philippines.
