2016 NBA Finals: Cavaliers Forces Warriors To Game 7

Cavaliers Forces Warriors To Game 7

The Cleveland Cavaliers have dominated the Golden State Warriors in the Game 6 of the NBA Finals, 115-101 forcing the series to the last match in Game 7.

Cavaliers in Game 7

In a report by CBS Sports, the Cavs was led by LeBron James who scored 41 points and 11 assists together with Kyrie Irving having 23 points.

The duo already did this performance in Game 5 where the two dominated forcing Game 6.

Earlier in Game 6, the Cavs already built a 20-point lead after the first quarter.

The Warriors really struggled since they played without Andre Iguodala and Andrew Bogut due to injuries acquired in the Finals series. Stephen Curry finished with 30 points but, had so much trouble in fouls. He was even fouled out in the fourth quarter and was called a technical after shouting at an official and hitting a fan with the mouth guard he threw.

His splash brother, Klay Thompson got 25 points but struggled in penetrating the tight defense of the Cavs.

Game 7 would be a really exciting and unpredictable match both for the Cavs and the Warriors. If the Cavs would win Game 7, not only that they will be the NBA Finals Champion, but also will break history being the first team  to overcome a 3-1 deficit in the Finals series.

For the Warriors, winning Game 7 would give them another NBA Title back-to-back.

”I want to win for sure,” LeBron James said as quoted by CBS Sports.

”But I want to give everything I’ve got and we’ll see what happens. We forced a Game 7. It’s going to be a fun one,” he added.

The Quicken Loans Arena has been filled with the Cavs fans chanting, ”Cavs in 7!” and ”See you Sunday!”

James stated that he is going to give everything he got for his teammates. He added that he will also give his all to the coaching staff.

The Game 7 of the NBA Finals will be held in the Warriors ground, Sunday.
