TESDA is now offering photography course.
Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) now offers a photography course that will guide students to professional photography, according to Tesda Guides website.
The course will teach trainees on how to operate cameras and other photographic equipment, excellent photography skills, and prepare for work exhibition.
Aside from that, the course will also teach different types of photography such as wedding or events, wildlife, sports, portrait, travel and food.
The photography course will prepare the students for professional photography work for job opportunities under the field.
The trainees will also undergo an (–foul word(s) removed–)sment to get their Photography NC II certificates.
The requirements of this course may vary from different schools, so it’s beest to contact the school for the complete set of requirements.
Below are some of the basic requirements:
- Birth Certificate (NSO Copy)
- High school or college diploma
- Transcript of Records or form 137
- Certificate of good moral
- 1×1 or 2×2 photos
Some schools can provide cameras for the trainees, but others require the students to bring their own DSLR camera.
The program will take 132 hours to complete which is about four months and Saturday cl(–foul word(s) removed–) only. The schedule of cl(–foul word(s) removed–) will also depend on the school.
TESDA is a government agency under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) that supervises technical education and skills in the country.
