The incoming President of the Republic of the Philippines, President Rody Duterte promised “change is coming” once he will win as the country’s highest chief executive, the statement became word of mouth on various social media sites. Another evidence that indeed change is coming is the recent report that the most wanted carnapper in Cebu City surrendered to authorities because of Mayor Rody Duterte.

Cebu City’s most wanted carnapper identified as John Glen Arao-Arao surrendered himself to the police as he brought himself to the Investigation and Detective Management Branch (IDMB) on Friday evening. Based upon the records of Cebu City police authorities, Arao-Arao is listed as the number on carnapper in DILG’s Oplan Lambat-Sibat in Cebu Province.

The Most Wanted Carnapper in Cebu City also admitted during the interview with the local media in the city, he voted for Sen. Grace Poe last May 9 elections because the tough-talking Mayor of Davao City scared him.
Just a few days before the highly anticipated proclamation of President Duterte in Malacanang, the outgoing mayor of Davao City warned all criminals to stop their deeds or change their line of work before he seats as President of the Republic because he will use everything under his command to stop them.
During the DU31 Victory Party of Mayor Rody Duterte on Saturday held at the Crocodile Park in Davao City, he reiterated that he will surely implement his plans to eradicate crime and corruptions in the Philippines and restore the glory days of the Republic.
