Mastermind, one of the finalists of the country’s most popular reality talent search on national TV, Pilipinas Got Talent Season 5 (PGT 5) performed on Saturday night the viral “Running Man Challenge” as they incorporated the viral dance craze with their peformance during the grand finals held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

During the performance of Mastermind, all the judges which includes Angel Locsin, Freddie M. Garcia, Robin Padilla and comedian Vice Ganda heaped praise on the group from Borongan, Eastern Samar for their “simple yet sexy” act.
Judge Robin Padilla was so impressed with th performance of the finalist as he noted that “You are the masters of your craft, Itong pinakita niyo sa akin, bawat style na ginawa ninyo, pinaramdam niyo sa akin ang galing, galing ninyo,” Robin said.
Vice Ganda on his part stated “Alam mo kakaibang talent iyon ah, sa pamamagitan ng mga simpleng galaw ay napapaibig mo ang mga tao. That was cute, that was so entertaining, nasungkit niyo ang puso ko. Hindi lang ako sigurado kung sapat ba iyon para masungkit ninyo ang grand prize.
The PGT Finalist Mastermind performed their routine set to Ghost Town DJ’s “My Boo.” The group is one of 12 finalists competing for P2 mllion grand prize. The group is up against Next Option, Crossover Family, Sto. Tomas Bulilit Generation, Ody Sto. Domingo, and the Amazing Pyra.
Aside from the above-mentioned finalists, the other performer includes Power Duo, UA Mindanao, The Chosen Ones, Dino Splendid Acrobats, Kurt Philip Espiritu, and Power Impact Dancers. The act with the highest combined scores from the judges (50%) and public vots (50%) will be proclaimed as the grand champion of the country’s most popular reality TV show, the fifth season of “Pilipinas Got Talent,” on Sunday night.
