The Liberal Party standard-bearer just answered with the following statement “Hay, nako, wala akong panahon para sa aking number one fan (Please, I don’t have time for my number one fan),” Roxas said during his visit to Lapu-Lapu City.

Mar Roxas was asked by Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, his rival presidential candidate to explain where the billions of pesos in funds for the victims of the Yolanda typhoons in the Visayas, the funds came mostly from foreign donors.

Although Mar Roxas already answered the questions before, the he was not the one who was in control of the funds but the DSWD. Netizens just kept on asking about the funds because Mar Roxas promised to continue the programs of Pres. Aquino so most Filipinos have the right to know before they will vote for Mar Roxas.

Meanwhile, according to Malacanang spokesman Herminio Coloma Jr., all foreign aid received for Yolanda-hit communities ‘are fully accounted for’ and have undergone audit.

In a briefing with reporters, Coloma said: “According to the records of the Foreign Aid Transparency Hub, the Philippines received a total of $386.2 million in foreign aid, 86% of which or $330.8 million were received by non-governmental organizations, multilateral agencies, and others. Out of the total amount, about $26.9 million in cash and $28.5 million in non-cash donations were received by the national government.”
