Former Kapamilya actress Rica Peralejo announced on his social media account that she suffered miscarriage on her second baby with her husband, Pastor Joseph “Joe” Bonifacio. The announcement came after just a few days when Rica herself admitted that she was pregnant.
The 34-year-old Rica Peralejo posted a photo of her baby bump on her official Instagram account, with the caption: “For those who care to know, we lost the baby. It isn’t a very happy one so prayers and sensitivity are appreciated.”
The Star Magic member added further in a subsequent blog entry that she’s in “great emotional pain,” after the miscarriage despite believing that God has greater plans for her.
“I keep thinking one day I will know how my baby looks like when I meet him or her in heaven, but it hurts me to think that it won’t be anytime soon,” she said.
As a well-known Christian family in the country, with his husband serving as a full time pastor, while the father of his husband is a prominent leader of the Every Nation Church, Pastor Joey Bonifacio.
Last January 17, 2014, Rica Peralejo gave birth to a baby boy named Philip Nathaniel and she chose to give up her showbiz career to focus on her family and her ministry with the Born Again Christian Church where Joe his husband was a pastor.
