One of the Philippines most prominent actor and considered as one of the few Filipino young actor who is recognized internationally, Jericho Rosales revealed during an interview with the media that his son, Santino Rosales is not interested in joining the showbiz industry.

According to Jericho his son who is just 15 years old, is more interested in sports as he currently played football in school despite his showbiz material with his good looks. Santino Rosales also used to be commercial model during his younger days.
The 36-year-old Jericho Rosales revealed in an exclusive interview with Star Studio magazine that he is not the one who will encourage his son to join the show business industry.
During the interview with Star Studio he was quoted as saying “If I were to have my way… I don’t want him to join show biz, but I’ll be here to support him in case he decides to,” he told reporters at a recent thanksgiving dinner hosted for him by the magazine.
“He is not built for it,” explained Jericho. “He loves sports. He plays (soccer) for two teams now, but never showed any interest in acting.”
Jericho Rosales also stated that he was still unsure whether he and wife Kim Jones would finally have a baby this year. The celebrity couple earlier promised that they will work on having a baby in two years, but their plans would probably not happen soon enough.
