One of the leading Facebook Page in the country, TopGear Philippines posted a photo of a dog locked inside a parked car at UP Town Center in Quezon City is currently making the rounds online and already earned negative feedback from netizens who saw the photo.
According to TopGear Philippines, the photo was originally posted by a certain Louise Wong showing how the dog owner treat his pet dog. The Facebook post already earned the ire of netizens particularly those who were pet lovers.
The uploader of the viral photo stated that her companions noticed a dog abandoned inside a car with a minimal gap on the window at around 5pm on Sunday, January 31. More than an hour later, they were surprised to find that the dog was still alone in the car.
Based upon the statement of Wong, the UP Town Center is considered as a dog-friendly mall which means that pet owners could simply brought the dog inside the establishment and there’s no reason why someone will just leave their pets inside a locked car.
