The police authorities of Cebu City arrested the fake nurse who stole a newborn baby at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in the “Queen City of the South,” Cebu City and the baby was then recovered after an operation was conducted by the CIDG.
According to authorities, the suspect was identified as Melissa Londres, who was nabbed on Tuesday night by the members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).
The CIDG Central Visayas identified as Melissa Londres, 26 years old, she was nabbed on Tuesday night after a tipped by one of her neighbors to Sun.Star Superbalita photographer Alan Tangcawan, the original uploader of the viral video.
The suspect was a call center agent and hails from Brgy. Tipolo, Mandaue, aside from her, the 25-year-old live-in partner of the suspect was also arrested inside their rented room at a residence in Sitio Fatima, Brgy. Lahug, Cebu City.
