MMFF Entry Movie Box Office Earnings Hits P547 Million After Five Days

The organizers of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced the official earnings of the eight entries of the MMFF 2015. According to the official tally of the MMDA, the eight movie have reached a gross earnings of P547 million for the first five days.

The MMFF executive committee revealed the official earnings of the eight official movies of the 2015 edition of the film festival but did not reveal the highest grossing movie for this year.

Based upon the MMFF’s executive committee’s list, the Top Four Earners (in no particular order) out of the eight films are: “My Bebe Love,” “Beauty and the Beastie,” “Haunted Mansion” and “Walang Forever.”

The MMFF committee did not specify the box-office figures for each film as not to influence moviegoers by announcing a top favorite in terms of nationwide earnings.

This is the first time “Walang Forever,” which stars Jericho Rosales and Jennylyn Mercado, has been included in the ranking.
