Miss Pia Wurtzbach, the Philippine representative to the world’s most prestigious beauty pageant, the Miss Universe 2015 seeks the help and support of country’s most popular group of netizens, the AlDub Nation. On her official Instagram account, Pia Wurtzbach, asks help from the AlDub Nation to support her Miss Universe journey.
According to the 26-year-old Pia Wurtzbach she needed the help of the online community particularly the AlDub nation who were known worldwide the group who was instrumental in dominating the Twitter trending worldwide.
Pia Wurtzbach noted that there will be an online voting during the live telecast of the Miss Universe 2015 and the votes will be counted while she parades on stage.
In seeking the help of the AlDub Nation, the Miss Philippines candidate in the Miss Universe 2015 recognizes the power of social media. Most AlDub fans of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza already replied and promised to support the candidate.
The Miss Universe 2015 will be held this coming Sunday (US Time) and will be shown live through Cable TV’s in the Philippines at around 8:00 AM on Monday morning December 21, 2015.
