Bagyong Nona December 15 Storm Signals & Hourly Updates

The country’s weather bureau, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warned the Filipino public that Signal No. 3 is still raised in the areas of Mindoro Provinces, Marinduque and Romblon. Aside from the Public Storm Warning Signals (PSWS), PAGASA also released the Hourly Updates of Bagyong Nona.

PAGASA noted that as of 4:00 AM today, December 15, 2015, Bagyong Nona (Melor) was spotted at 40 km North Northeast of Romblon, Romblon. Bagyong Nona has a maximum sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 170 kph. 

The latest weather disturbance to hit the country this year is forecast to move West at 15 kph. PAGASA also forecast that Bagyong Nona will at 205 km Northwest of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro by tomorrow morning. On Thursday morning it is expected to be at 270 km West of Coron, Palawan.

This coming Friday, Bagyong Nona is expected to be at 350 km Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan while on Saturday morning it is forecast to be at 715 km Wet of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (outside PAR) and on Sunday morning Bagyong Nona is expected to be out of PAR or at 1130 km Southwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
